Located in Remington Park, This recreational facility was constructed for The City of Windsor, Parks and Recreation Department in 2003. The wading pool and change house project displayed many unique and challenging details. The new Change House facility incorporates a stone archway entrance, which was located at the former Gilmore Public School that was previously was located on the site. The new wading pool features a "zero entry" entrance for children and many specialty water games. This modern pool facility should provide years of enjoyment to the residence of the Remington Park Area. Project Value: $ 720.000.

This branch of the Royal Bank was constructed in the Cabana Court complex on the corner of Dougall Avenue. and Cabana Road in Windsor. Masotti Construction is proud to have cultivated a consistent working relationship with the Royal Bank of Canada. The Masotti Firm has done many other projects with the Royal Bank including the Roadhouse Center office renovations as well as the construction of their Wyandotte Street East and Tecumseh Bank Branches. Oak Park Terrace is a 72 terrace retirement center containing 53,000 square feet of living, dining and service area. Oak Park is located at 1750 E.C. Row North Service Road in Windsor. Oak Park Terrace was constructed and completed in March,1998. Designed and built by Masotti Construction, it is considered the finest quality retirement facility to date in Southwestern Ontario.This facility is Windsor's only single floor design which provides maximum safety and convenience for each resident. Masotti Construction received the Award of Construction Excellence in the commercial category by the Windsor Construction Association for this project. Project Value: $3,550,000.
