Adding an addition and exterior retrofit made OMHA Systems a very unique industrial project. With its novel front elevation design and grand foyer area, OMHA Systems completely upgraded the look of this 40,000 square foot facility located at 655 Morton Drive in Windsor. Project Value:$1,010,000.

Fleetwood Metal was completed by Masotti Construction in the fall of 2000. This facility contains 7,000 squar feet of office area on two floors and 15,000 square feet of plant area. Masotti Construction designed and constructed Fleetwood Metal to include a two bay, full service, 15 ton, overhead crane system, temperature controlled CMM machine room and a full service shipping and receiving truck bay. The building's elevations feature decorative block construction with a unique curtain wall glazing system with a stucco canopy. In 2003 Masotti Construction added an additional 7,300 square feet to the existing plant area.

Through the years Masotti Construction and Centerline have established a long standing relationship. This is evidenced by the number of projects Masotti Construction has completed for this growing company. In addition to the OMHA Plant (above) the construction of their 35,000 square feet electrodes and Allied Products Division Plant and their Windsor Airport hangar, Masotti Construction also is responsible for the construction of their Machinery Division Plant seen here.
