Over the years Masotti Construction has had the opportunity to work on unique projects. These specialty projects, some of which are described below, excercise skills for which Masotti Construction is well known, namely: research, organization and attention to detail.

Willistead Manor is known in the Windsor community as a landmark. Masotti Construction is proud to have contributed to such an historic site. In July, 1995 Masotti Construction completed the Paul Martin Gardens at Willistead Manor for the Windsor Development of Parks & Recreation. Part of the new garden features a commemorative dome structure which was designed and fabricated by The Forge House, located in North Hampton, England (UK). Once delivered, it was Masotti Construction's responsibility to erect this delicate structure and complete the surrounding site in advance of the opening ceremony deadline. This project clearly demonstrates Masotti Constrcution's flexibility and professionalism.

In the last few years the telecommunications industry has exploded in the Southwestern Ontario area and Masotti Construction has exploded along with it. Working with such Canadian based company's as Telus Mobility and Bell Mobility our firm has performed much of the civil work required for many of the area's communication structures and rooftop leasehold sites. This site was completed in July, 2001 on Walker Road in Windsor. It was one of six (6) sites completed by Masotti Construction that year alone. In 2003 Masotti Construction has been commissioned to complete another twenty-two (22) sites across Western Ontario. Work on these sites is schedule for completion in the spring of '2004.

Masotti Construction also performs many other types of custom construction projects. Whether it's barrier free entrances or access ramps, custom concrete stairs or form work, custom sign bases, flag poles, exterior fountain work or specialty marine work such as the recreational dock seen here, Masotti Construciton can handle any specific custom project need.
